1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of the painapo.io website (the "Site"), published by MAHIE, EURL, whose details appear in the legal notice. By browsing the Site, you accept these terms.

2. Access to the Site

The Site is available free of charge to anyone with internet access. Access and equipment costs are your responsibility. MAHIE strives to keep the Site available but may interrupt it at any time, in particular for maintenance, without incurring liability.

3. Site content

The Site presents Painapo, a data consolidation platform for restaurants, along with articles and practical information. This content is provided for information only and does not constitute a contractual offer. Use of the Painapo platform is governed by a separate agreement with MAHIE. Prices shown are indicative, exclude taxes and may change.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, images, graphics, logos, databases and structure of the Site, as well as the Painapo brand, are protected by intellectual property law and belong to MAHIE or its licensors. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited. The trademarks and logos of the third-party tools mentioned belong to their owners and are only displayed to indicate Painapo's compatibility; their presence does not imply a partnership unless stated otherwise.

5. Use of forms

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the forms only for legitimate requests. In particular, the following are prohibited: sending unsolicited messages, using automated means to submit forms, any attempt to break into or disrupt the Site, and systematic collection of its content.

6. Third-party links and content

The Site may contain links to third-party sites, for example a booking calendar. MAHIE has no control over those sites and is not responsible for their content or their personal data practices.

7. Liability

The information on the Site is provided without any guarantee of accuracy or completeness. MAHIE cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from access to the Site, its use or the impossibility of accessing it, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Personal data and cookies

The processing of your personal data is described in the privacy policy and the use of cookies in the cookie policy.

9. Changes to these terms

MAHIE may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site on the date of your visit.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
